    • The package is public now: private is gone, publishConfig.access is
      public and engines.node is >=20. .forgejo/workflows/publish-npmjs.yml
      publishes the same v* tag artifact to the public npm registry with the
      NPMJS_TOKEN secret and skips silently while the secret is absent; the
      Forgejo publish.yml keeps publishing to our own registry.
    • 0.8.3 is the first public release and claims the unscoped dsh-gitea
      name on npmjs.
    • The README install section now leads with dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-gitea; the git URL and the Forgejo tarball are the fallbacks.
    • Removed the retired TESTER-BRIEF.md — the QA sweep it described is done.
