Context

The inbox preset is implemented in lib/selection.js but has no walkthrough. Resend's inbox tools are remote-only and include threads, labels, drafts, replies, and forwards.

Acceptance criteria

Add a README section (or docs/inbox.md) describing preset: inbox and its 14 tools.
Explain the remote-only limitation and the expected token cost (~54 KB of schema).
Include a realistic workflow: list inboxes -> read threads -> reply or forward.
Add a smoke example using scripts/smoke.mjs --preset inbox.
Verify the preset against the live server after a Host reload.
