Context

defaultSender, preset, tools, and excludeTools are currently YAML-only. A small DSH settings page would make the plugin usable without editing the profile patch.

Acceptance criteria

Settings section for defaultSender, preset, tools, excludeTools, failOnStartupError.
Validation matches the Config schema in lib/index.js.
Credential status shown as configured/source only, never the value.
Changes apply without a Host restart where DSH supports it.
README updated; no secret ever rendered in the UI.

Notes

Keep the settings default deployment-neutral; do not hardcode pvlb.dev.
This is not required for v0.1.0.
