Context

The repository has unit tests (npm test) and a publish artifact check (npm pack --dry-run), but no CI. AGENTS.md and TASKS.md (F1) record this as a follow-up.

Acceptance criteria

Confirm which runner labels this Forgejo instance provides (do not assume ubuntu-latest).
Add a workflow that runs npm run check and npm pack --dry-run on pushes and PRs to master.
Pin Node to a version satisfying engines.node >= 22.6.
Keep the workflow free of secrets; tests are offline.
Document the workflow in AGENTS.md.

Notes

No build step is required; the plugin is plain ESM.
If Actions is unavailable on this instance, document that and close the issue as not-applicable instead of adding a broken workflow.

CI is live.

.forgejo/workflows/ci.yml runs npm run check and npm pack --dry-run on pushes to master and on pull requests.
Runner label docker (confirmed in the runner wiki), Node 22.6 via actions/setup-node@v4.
First run on 0c12e12: check succeeded in 1m24s.
No secrets, no install step; tests are offline.
AGENTS.md documents the workflow and the single-slot runner constraints.

Closing as done. The publish workflow is tracked separately in #2.
